1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Wote InterCity mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Wote InterCity is a platform that connects users with inter-city bus transportation services. We provide:

• Real-time bus schedule information
• Online booking and payment processing
• Digital ticket management
• Bus tracking and notifications
• Customer support services

3. User Accounts

Account Creation:

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

Account Security:

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account use

4. Bookings and Payments

Booking Process:

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Booking confirmations are sent via email and SMS
• You must arrive at the bus stop at least 15 minutes before departure
• Valid identification may be required for boarding

Payment Terms:

• Payment is required at the time of booking
• We accept Mobile Money, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers
• All payments are processed securely through third-party providers
• Prices are subject to change without notice

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Standard Cancellation Policy:

• 24+ hours before departure: Full refund minus processing fees
• 2-24 hours before departure: 50% refund minus processing fees
• Less than 2 hours before departure: No refund
• No-show: No refund

Refund Processing:

• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing fees are non-refundable

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Wote InterCity and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Wote InterCity, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

The information on this Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wote InterCity:

• Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this Service and its contents
• Does not warrant that the Service will be constantly available or available at all
• Does not warrant that the information on this Service is complete, true, accurate, or non-misleading

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wote InterCity and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
